viewer/ participant we are disloyal to our presenters or the presenter doesn't understand our needs. We, as consumers, tend to lose interest very fast if the
content isn't relevant and we then move on to next subject.

If the content is relevant to us we want to be entertained
and at the same time be educated in high quality. We also want to be involved
in the journey so we feel heard.
